**Who we are**:
**What you’ll do**:
Reporting to the Department Manager you will be responsible for delivering legendary service to all guests of our Co-op feel _“at home here”_ through:
- Demonstrating Four Rivers Co-operative’s values _of Responsibility, Integrity, Service, and Excellence_
- Assisting and helping co-ordinate the sale of Agricultural products, ensuring that it is done in an efficient, safe and cost-effective manner while providing a consistently high level of customer service.
- Work co-operatively with team members and team leaders throughout the whole store
- Knowledge of inventory management, customer service, marketing stock and keeping the sales floor neat and tidy
**Who you are**:
If you are interested in crops and animals as well as passionate about customer service and you have the following qualifications:
- Experience in a retail sales environment in the areas of customer service, Agricultural products, point of sale operation and merchandising is considered an asset
- An understanding of feed, crops and animals is considered an asset
- Must be able to lift 50lbs as required
- Adaptable, organized, efficient committed to long term, highly reliable, punctual
- Be a team member with exceptional interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands
- A commitment to quality and an eye for detail
- You are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives
- Positive attitude and proven ability to work with the team in a culture of sales and service
