**Who we are**:
**Reporting to the Agro Assistant Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following**:
- Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative’s vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members’ lives, with a strong customer focused approach
- Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience - in person, on the telephone, and at the point of sale
- Over the counter sales of feed, agricultural parts, supplies, fuel, and lubricants
- Telephone answering and traffic direction with referral to appropriate members of the sales team
- Assist with receiving, operating till systems, conducting inventory counts, and merchandising of all related products
- Communicate effectively with store leadership, file maintenance, and yard clerks
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Who you are**:

- You’re well organized, capable of attaining a high level of productions, with a minimum amount of supervision
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-orientated, and strive to be the best in what you do
- You must have the ability to lift heavy objects; manual labour is required
- You have a positive and upbeat attitude and an ability to live the Brand
- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
- You have POS experience and have the ability to work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
- Agricultural experience would be considered an asset
- You have a flexible work schedule including seasonal increases and weekends
