Notre agence de Montréal recherche un Business Manager au sein de son marché porteur en forte croissance. Nous vous proposons de rejoindre une société de conseil experte en management de projet, où vous démarchez et gérez vos clients, constituez votre équipe et managez votre centre de profit.

Votre objectif est de créer des réseaux, de développer des affaires et de créer des relations à long terme avec les clients, les candidats et les consultants.

En tant que Business Manager, vous pilotez ainsi 3 éléments essentiels de l’organisation :

Business Développement : vous identifiez les opportunités de croissance de votre business unit, pilotez votre périmètre en développant les relations avec les clients grands comptes et concluez la vente de prestations de service de management de projet. Recrutement et Management : vous recrutez (en collaboration avec les chargés de recrutement) accompagnez et développez votre équipe de consultants spécialistes du management de projets. En véritable leader, vous veillez au bon déroulement des missions, vous identifiez les potentiels de vos équipes et les suivez tout au long de leur parcours (coaching, entretiens, gestion de carrière…). Gestion de Centre de profit : vous vous assurez de l’atteinte des objectifs de chiffre d’affaire et de rentabilité de votre business unit tout en garantissant la satisfaction client.

LE CANDIDAT IDEAL

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (Baccalauréat, DESS, Maitrise) en école d'ingénieurs ou de commerce et vous disposez d'une expérience technique ou commerciale réussie d'au moins quatre ans.

Vous vous intéressez aux différents secteurs et défis industriels actuels et vous avez idéalement découvert le Management de Projet lors de l’une de vos expériences. Vous avec un niveau courant en français et en anglais, qui vous permet d'échanger et d'animer des réunions. Votre réussite à ce poste reposera sur votre approche business et résultats alliée à votre rigueur ainsi que votre volonté d’animer et fédérer des équipes pluridisciplinaires. Votre capacité à établir et entretenir des relations de confiance sera également indispensable à votre succès.
