Job Description

LeverageTek is actively seeking a Bilingual Change Manager for a 12-month contract with its Ottawa/Montreal-based customer.

Work Location

The successful candidate will be required to work on-site at the customer headquarters in Montreal, QC, on a hybrid basis.

Language Requirements

Bilingual in French and English essential.

Key Tasks

Create the Change impact assessment Assessing readiness and provide pulse survey data to highlights people and implementation risks Work with leaders to build awareness of the change and identify ways they could model and reinforce the change Identify supports needed by leaders Work with targets of change to determine challenges and needs for the change to be successful Initiate change and communication plan(s) Strong knowledge of Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools

Key Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of Change Management experience Strong Technical Change Management with integration experience Experience Impact Change Assessments

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of change leadership research and behaviors Exceptional communication skills, including a proven track record in developing and conducting interviews, focus groups, and presentations Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and standards Experience with Communications Relevant Change Management certifications

Assets

Experience in a Senior Change role in the Insurance industry would be considered a strong asset
