**Job description**:
The Director, ESG and Climate Change is responsible for designing, structuring, and leading our entire ESG offering, developing innovative solutions and strategies to combat climate change. More** **specifically, he or she oversees the impact business model as the cornerstone of our ESG strategy.

This role requires close collaboration with the Centres of Excellence (CE) teams to effectively integrate the transversality of sustainability and environmental issues. This position is crucial to asserting our leading position in the fight against climate change and strengthening our leadership in asset sustainability.

**Main responsibilities**:** Developing and articulating sustainable development strategies in the face of climate change**:

- Ensure the ongoing development and implementation of the Norda Stelo impact model so that it fully meets our ESG strategy and is integrated into the core of our business decisions.
- Regularly analyze the market position of our ESG services and identify the evolving needs of our clients, with a view to adjusting and improving our service offering and positioning ourselves as a leader in the field.
- Develop our ESG and climate change positioning and service offering by market segment.
- Collaborate with segment directors to identify and develop business development priorities and strategies;
- Develop and monitor executive action plans aligned with strategies to achieve business differentiation.
- Establish performance indicators for the activities under his/her responsibility and ensure regular follow-up.
- Actively involved in the deployment of innovative ESG/climate change services and solutions to proactively respond to future challenges and market opportunities.

**_ Monitoring, technical expertise and mentoring:_**
- Act as a climate change expert, providing mentoring and participating in the professional development of talent at Norda Stelo;
- Continuously monitor trends, frameworks, protocols and standards in the company's target market sectors, as well as emerging technologies to support the climate transition.

**_ Norda Stelo ESG/Climate Change Ambassador:_**
- Represent Norda Stelo and actively promote ESG/climate change services to our clients and in the professional and academic communities;
- Actively participate in conferences and seminars and write papers to reinforce the company's visibility and leadership in the ESG/climate change field;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key market players, including clients, partners and financial institutions.

**Job requirements**:

- Graduate degree in environment, sustainable development or other relevant combination of education and experience.
- 10 to 15 years in ESG, sustainable development and climate change project management, with proven experience in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Organizational skills: strong planning and organizational skills, innovation, influence, collaboration and network development;
- Client focus: ability to understand and anticipate client needs in order to propose appropriate solutions;
- Agility: ability to adapt quickly to change and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
- Vision and strategic thinking;
- Bilingualism (French and English).
