Role Description / Key Responsibilities

QAQC support:

- Coordination for all QAQC documentation and status from early project phases through to project completion. ITPs, check sheets, redlines, test packs, etc.

- Tracks and validates that RFI, SI, CIC, COC and deficiencies are resolved

- Tracks construction NCRs and inputs them into the Incident Reporting System

- Assists in the verification and development of turnover packages

- Maintains quality KPIs, including data collection and basic statistical analysis

- Participate in process improvement activities (e.g. pilot for ACC)

Work schedule is 40 hours a week Monday to Friday.

Salary: Open to wage negotiations based on experience and qualifications.

Requirements

  • Are you currently eligible to work in Canada? (For example: permanent resident, valid work permit, etc)
  • 4+ years experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience with SharePoint.
  • Proven experience in tracking and resolving RFIs, SIs, CICs, COCs, and deficiencies in a construction or industrial environment.
  • Experience in developing and verifying turnover packages for project completion and handover.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills, with the ability to maintain and report on quality KPIs.
