Responsibilities
- Listen, understand, and analyze business requirements and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the best possible experience when supporting the teams and looking at health parameters of the quality assurance and engineering practice
- Manage a pipeline of widely varying projects related to customer go-live events on Cloud Infrastructure such as network, storage, services et al
- Establish process, governance and working agreements to enable India and North America collaboration
- Establish scrum/ processes to drive delivery and efficiencies for the team
- Work with stakeholders in identifying and preparing scope of work for the team
- Translate Yearly/Quarterly Initiatives into clear measurable OKRs & KPIs
- Plan (effort, task, resources) with respective tower TPMs, track and report project status
- Own and build team members onboarding/offboarding processes
- Good tech stack and system design knowledge in relationship to data integration and management
- Should be responsible to own and remove impediments
- Representation in various forums
- Liaise with Professional Services Partners for L1/L2 Support, Quality Engineering, Product Development to facilitate progress, resolution, consistency of approach to resolve customer's issues during go-live events.
- Define, document, and implement best practice processes data integration management
- Be a part of the project team with diverse skills and working styles.
- Manage, control, prioritize, provide the latest status, and visibility to stakeholders at all levels.
- Identify and utilize necessary tools to support new and evolving processes.
- Manage relationships throughout the customer organization including all project team members, business contributors and stakeholders, and executive management.
- Establish trusted relationships with customers and prospects and understand their objectives. Solicit and provide product feedback from customers and prospects.

Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in Technical Program Management engaging with industry senior leaders (Tech Mgrs & Director level) on data management, machine learning, and retail.
- Expert in analyzing stakeholder requirements, deciphering blockers, and facilitating smooth navigation in complex technical scenarios.
- Self-starter; works and solves problems independently; extremely well organized.
- Enjoy problem solving; formulates key relevant questions, gathers necessary info.
- Experience managing Quality Engineering / transformation projects is critical.
- Broad background in Retail or Digital Transformation projects and initiatives.
- Experience in developing and managing customer relationships.
- Motivation and desire to do whatever it takes to help the customer, and our company succeed.
- Good understanding of Public Cloud Architecture, Kafka, and Snowflake
- Good understanding in Engineering Principals
- BS / MS in a technical discipline.
- Professional certification(s) related to Technical Program Management is highly desirable.
