Vos responsabilités

En tant que membre de l’équipe Services bancaires personnels et PME, vous travaillerez dans un centre bancaire dynamique. À titre de représentant, Expérience client, vous serez le premier point de contact pour la plupart des clients qui entrent dans le centre bancaire et vous discuterez avec eux pour comprendre leurs besoins immédiats et repérer des occasions. Vous utiliserez votre connaissance des produits et services financiers pour aider les clients à combler leurs besoins bancaires courants, et les présenterez au membre de l’équipe approprié.

Comment réussir

Mobilisation des clients – Aider les clients à gérer leurs comptes et leurs produits. Donner la priorité à l’expérience de chaque client et faire en sorte que chaque interaction soit significative. Mettre les clients en relation avec les bons membres de l’équipe CIBC qui peuvent les aider à atteindre leurs objectifs.

Résolution de problèmes  – Écouter le client, lui poser des questions et se mettre à sa place. Agir comme un propriétaire en prenant la responsabilité des problèmes des clients, et savoir dans quelles circonstances il vaut mieux compter sur les autres pour mettre au point collectivement une meilleure solution.

Tirer parti de la technologie – Devenir un expert en technologie. Faire part de vos connaissances en présentant aux clients nos applications de services bancaires mobiles, afin de les aider à mieux gérer leurs besoins bancaires.
