Outside Sales Representative

Fort McMurray, Canada Coverall Full time

The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for growing the sales, industrial laundry cleaning and rental services of Coverall in the Wood Buffalo region and surrounding areas. They will receive support and guidance from the team and are expected to find creative and innovative strategies to achieve sales goals.

Duties included but not limited to:
Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
- Identify and pursue potential clients through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Utilize sales techniques such as product demonstrations, presentations, and proposals to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Proficient in using CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Full Alberta Class 5 Driver's license with a clean Driver's abstract
- CSO certification
- Ability to pass D&A test
