Qualifications:

· Educational Background in Human Resources, Business Management, Public Administration or combination of work experience will also be considered;· Minimum 1 Yr experience in People Relations field; · Knowledge of PHIA, PIPEDA, FIPPA, ESM, MB Human Rights Code;· Ability to lead projects and multi-task in a fast-paced environment; · Ability to communicate with diversified set of individuals demonstrating Integrity, Empathy, and Respect;· Experience working in Non-Profit Sector will be considered an asset; · Valid Class 5F License and access to vehicle required; · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & HRIS  Additional Info: · Application is open until position has been filled.· Hours of work: Monday-Friday, 75 hours bi-weekly · Work Location: 84 Brandt Street, Steinbach MB R5G 0E1· Working Environment: 100% on-site at head office with periodical visits in different facility of the organization across Niverville, St. Anne, La Broquerie, and Steinbach. · This position requires satisfactory Criminal Record Check with a clear Vulnerable Sector Search, and clear Adult & Child Abuse Registry ChecksenVision Community Living values diversity and supports accessibility.
