Scope of the Position:
Work collaboratively with the Sales team to create all sales proposals, bid documents and client documents in an effective and efficient manner.

Major Responsibilities:

Create and assemble professional Sales Proposals and bid documents in accordance to the requirements of the clients. Assist with Sales Proposals and presentations by including research summaries & graphs in Power Point Presentations. Have reports created as requested by project requirements and submit as required. Create and analyze of costing Sales Spreadsheets. Prepare and submit proposals and supporting documents in customer quoting portals. Provide administrative assistance to Sales Representatives and ensure all documentation is properly executed and deadlines are met. Maintain project documentation. Collaborate with Sales Representatives to make sure project goals are met. Manage contract milestone activities, and close-out activities. Act as a liaison and coordinator amongst key stakeholders. Organize and maintain contract related hard copies and digital records. Order entry and management. Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and customer to arrange delivery of product. Track orders to ensure delivery times are met. Other duties and projects as assigned.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma required. Some post-secondary education required. Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is required. Intermediate knowledge of MS Word & PowerPoint required. Intermediate knowledge of Adobe required. Knowledge of Sharepoint. 3-5 years administrative experience. Previous experience supporting a sales team with major projects an asset.
