We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. The HR Generalist will play a crucial role in managing our HR operations, including payroll, employment agreements, vacation and time-off, onboarding and off-boarding, and other HR-related tasks. This position is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, and passionate about contributing to a positive workplace culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1. Payroll Management:

  - Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time.

  - Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations and tax laws.

  - Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.

2. Employment Agreements:

  - Prepare and update employment contracts and agreements.

  - Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and legal requirements.

  - Maintain employee files and records.

3. Vacation and Time-Off Management:

  - Track and manage employee vacation, sick leave, and other time-off requests.

  - Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable labor laws.

  - Assist employees with time-off requests and questions.

4. Onboarding and Offboarding:

  - Coordinate and conduct new hire orientations.

  - Prepare onboarding materials and ensure a smooth integration process.

  - Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation.

5. HR Administration:

  - Maintain HR databases and ensure data accuracy.

  - Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

  - Support employee relations and address employee concerns and issues.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.

- Strong knowledge of HR practices, payroll systems, and employment laws.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in ATS & HRIS softwares and Google Suite. Experience with Workable and Rippling is considered an asset. 

- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
