Position Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Junior Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small but dynamic team in Edmonton. This role is ideal for someone with 3-5 years of experience in a similar role who is ready to take the next step in their career. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring that incoming orders are processed according to our inventory guidelines, and managing the picking and packing of orders for our valued customers.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
Lead and supervise a team of 1 full-time and 1 part-time warehouse associate, ensuring efficient workflow and task completion.
Act as the main point of contact for customer interactions, handling discrepancies, and coordinating upcoming large shipments.
Maintain strong relationships with our major contractor and construction customers, providing excellent customer service and support.
Ensure compliance with company warehouse inventory guidelines and standards.
Collaborate with the Kitchener office, with occasional early morning communication required.

Qualifications
What you bring:

3-5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role or similar position.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Experience with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and address any issues or concerns.
Hands-on approach, with the ability to work alongside your team in daily operations.
