Warehouse Supervisor

Join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor and take your career to the next level. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily warehousing activities, ensuring that all customer orders are shipped on time and in accordance with customer specifications.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate the shipping, receiving, and warehousing of products to ensure timely delivery of customer orders
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering, maintaining, and ensuring product distribution and turnover
  • Maintain inventory management system and make recommendations to streamline operations and improve inventory maintenance process
  • Coordinate warehouse inventory slotting activities to drive inventory accuracy and warehouse picking/loading efficiency
  • Ensure quality, cleanliness, customer service, and company policies and programs are maintained
  • Responsible for executing shipments, creating warehouse tasks and warehouse orders, assessing product availability of orders, and updating orders as required
  • Provide operational performance and delivery information to the Operations Manager
  • Ensure adequate workforce resources are available for operational delivery and propose additions/reductions to the Operations Manager
  • Ensure all warehouse employees are properly trained in health & safety and food safety policy/procedures and the duties and responsibilities of their current role

About You:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Strong adherence to meeting productivity, quality, and safety standards
  • Experience in a warehouse and/or distribution environment
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new computer systems
  • Strong analytical and communication skills required
  • Able to work various shifts and extend working hours whenever required
