Your Job:

Offer solutions and advice on all aspects of wealth management for high-net worth clients and their families. Provide financial expertise and the framework to support the current generations' needs to grow their wealth for the benefit of future generations and, in many cases, philanthropic organizations. Rigorously apply processes and procedures to properly analyze clients' needs, and establish an integrated and profitable financial strategy with them Provide exemplary service and a client-centric experience that aligns with our nine wealth management service values Build client and internal partner relationships based on trustStructure less complex credit requestsWork with a Manager Financing Solutions to submit financing and credit renewal applications. This involves strong client discovery skills and information gathering.Be responsible for the sustainability of the relationship with your clients and ensure profitability of your clients' portfoliosInvolve appropriate specialists/parties in the relationship, when needed, to properly meet clients' needsNegotiate terms and conditions for files that conform to risk management standards and profitability criteria

Your team:

As part of the Commercial & Private Banking 1859 sector, you will report to the Regional Vice President, Private Banking 1859. Our team stands out for its industry and market expertise.

Prerequisite:

Bachelor's degree in a related field and ten (10) years of relevant experience, or Master's degree in a related field and six (6) years of relevant experience CFP or PFP designation Knowledge of banking products and services in both personal and commercial banking Exceptional customer service, sales, business development, and negotiations experience Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships Accessible, convenient, proactive, client-centric, agile and accountable Leadership abilities, autonomy, perseverance, teamwork Languages: English
