Installs, debugs and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software, mainly on customer premises. Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning and other services and performs minor product repairs within an assigned territory. Inspects products for correct operation and resolves noted issues and / or escalates according to established procedure. Schedules services, completes all required paperwork and works with customers to ensure satisfaction with service delivery and understanding of product functionality.

À titre de technicien de service de première ligne affecté aux guichets automatiques bancaires, vous offrirez des services de maintenance sur les guichets automatiques bancaires (GAB), l’équipement de point de vente au détail ainsi que les ordinateurs et périphériques connexes. Vous effectuerez également des tâches planifiées de nettoyage et d’entretien de base sur les serrures Kaba Mas/Mas-Hamilton. Vous serez par ailleurs appelé à travailler à des projets spéciaux, au besoin, et à effectuer des installations de base et des réparations mineures à l’égard de tous les produits et services de Diebold. Ce poste peut exiger l’utilisation d’outils manuels de base et de certaines pièces ainsi que des notions générales en matière d’informatique, de périphériques et de connectivité réseau. Les niveaux de compétence seront évalués dans le cadre d’une formation assistée par ordinateur (FAO), d’une formation technique structurée et de vérifications sur le terrain.

Responsabilités

Déterminer les priorités et planifier les appels de service. Communiquer avec le client pour lui annoncer l’heure d’arrivée prévue. Soumettre les problèmes aux échelons supérieurs et confier les interventions à quelqu’un d’autre au besoin. Consigner fidèlement les données liées aux services. Se montrer professionnel envers les clients pour favoriser des relations positives. Effectuer des tâches mineures de maintenance sur les GAB (p. ex. remplacement des ampoules, des courroies des lecteurs de cartes, des filtres à air, . Effectuer des tâches d’installation de base (p. ex. de câbles, de dispositifs et de serrures Mas-Hamilton). Effectuer des réparations techniques, comme dans les cas de papier, de carte ou de facture coincés. Suivre les processus en matière de contrôle des clés, des alarmes et des combinaisons dans les domaines de responsabilité désignés. Assister les techniciens du service dans les inspections de maintenance préventive sur les produits conventionnels.

Qualifications

Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires. Posséder d’un à deux ans d’expérience en service technique. Être titulaire d’un permis de conduire valide. Détenir de bonnes connaissances et compétences en informatique. Posséder de solides compétences (niveau avancé) en dépannage et en établissement de diagnostics Posséder de solides compétences (niveau avancé) en matière de détermination des priorités et de suivi. Travailler avec un sentiment d’urgence, avoir le sens de l’organisation, faire preuve de professionnalisme et travailler efficacement en équipe. Posséder d’excellentes aptitudes pour le service à la clientèle, la communication et les relations interpersonnelles. Accepter d’être exposé aux intempéries. Être en mesure de s’adapter à différents quarts de travail au besoin, ce qui pourrait inclure une rotation des tâches sur appel les soirs et les fins de semaine. Être capable d’organiser les pièces et les outils dans le camion et d’en dresser l’inventaire. Être capable de conduire le véhicule de l’entreprise. Réussir les tests et vérifications en matière de dossier de conducteur, d’antécédents et de dépistage de drogues. Être capable de soulever de l’équipement lourd (de plus de 9 kg ou 20 lb) et de se pencher, de se baisser, de travailler debout et de bouger les mains et les doigts fréquemment. Doit parler couramment le français Doit pouvoir voyager aux États-Unis pour suivre une formation
