Job Description

As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will deliver championship service throughout the organization. Under the direction of the Food and Beverage Manager you will assist in overseeing and advising all aspects of the Quick Service Department including Concessions, Premium Hospitality Service, Vending and Bar operations. You will be instrumental in supporting outstanding Fan and staff relations.

Lead by example and provide ongoing coaching/ training/ motivation to the Quick Service Team. Strictly ensure responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles and ensure AGCO and MLSE policies and regulations are followed by all staff and Supervisors. Provide support to QS Supervisors in order for the prompt, efficient and friendly service of all food and beverage. Work quickly and independently to resolve operational issues when necessary, ensuring proper follow up with Management Team. Participate in all fields of administrative work including but not limited to: opening/closing duties, food safety checklists, tracking sales and service statistics nightly, performance reviews and maintenance logs. Overseeing the production of vending product and food production prior to events on weekly rotation with other floor supervisors. Hold staff accountable by assisting in the corrective action process. Supervise and manage speed of service and product quality and make any necessary adjustments to ensure we are meeting our service expectations. Assist in the training and development of staff and Supervisors. Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety. Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act.

Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays; varying hours based on event schedule Must be available for a minimum of 12 event days per month Shown ability to effectively connect with fans and all levels of management and staff Smart Serve certification required: Food Safety certification an asset. Ability to exercise sound judgment and multi-task is required Position involves walking and standing for long periods of time Previous experience in a unionized work environment is helpful Ability to build a fun yet productive working environment with a winning attitude
