Description

Sani Marc Group is looking for a Sales Director for Western Canada, in the Processed Food sector.

The person in this role will be responsible to ensure the development and growth of the overall sales with the goal of improving the profitability of the Division. They will also ensure that the service provided by their team is of high quality and contributes to improving the operational efficiency of clients in harmony with the Mission of Sani Marc Inc., Food and Beverage Division.

Responsibilities

Under the supervision of the National Sales Director, processed food sector, the Sales Director for Western Canada fulfills the following responsibilities:

Develop business plans and sales objectives for each of their account managers and set goals for the Region. Execute the business plan and organize sales development for their Region. Develop the expenses budget and monitor and approve expenses for the Region Supervise the activities of their assigned Account Managers and monitor individual sales performance. Manage the CRM system for the sales team and ensure the quality of visit reports. Ensure the frequency and quality of client visits. Maintain good relationships with clients. Participate in the preparation and approval of Proposals to clients.

To perform, you need to :

A college or university degree in Business Administration, Microbiology, Food Processing, or other relevant experience. Strong knowledge of the Food and Beverage sector. Experience in personnel management. Strong communication skills
