Ourclient in the printing industry is seeking a detailorientedScanning Clerk to assist with daily operations within their DigitalImaging Center and Digital and Onsite Records Department. This isan operational role responsible for handling all aspects of digitalimaging and scanning with additional duties to support the Recordsdepartment as needed. The role plays a critical part in meetingcontractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and ensuring customerorders are completed tospecification.

Whatis in it foryou:

Hourly salary of $20.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position:37.50 hours per week.
Weekdayschedule from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
Onsite work in a dynamicenvironment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare customer documents for digital imaging and scanningprocesses checking for any quality issues that may impact thescan.
Handle various documenttypes and conditions ensuring proper preparation forscanning.
Index scanned imagesfollowing customerspecified namingconventions.
Manage recordsthroughout their lifecycle including creating updating indexingstoring and retrieving clientfiles.
Perform data entry prepareand file records and documents and handle typing tasks withaccuracy.
Retrieve prepare anddeliver records and boxes asneeded.
Coordinate with offsitestorage vendors for the pickup and retrieval of records andfiles.
Maintain records in anautomated records database entering and updating information asrequired.
Use Microsoft ExcelWord SharePoint and Outlook efficiently to completetasks.
Work effectively underdeadlines with a willingness to learn new skills and adapt tochanging priorities.
Displaystrong problemsolving abilities attention to detail and excellentwritten and verbal communicationskills.

Whatyou will need tosucceed:

High School Diploma or equivalent(required).
2 years of experiencein a customer service role ideally with document scanning andquality control.
Proven dataentry experience (Data Entry Operator or Office Clerk role is aplus).
Proficiency in MicrosoftExcel Word SharePoint andOutlook.
Ability to work underdeadlines with adaptability and a willingness to learn newskills.
Strong problemsolvingskills attention to detail and informationcomprehension.
Excellent writtenand verbal communication skills.
Typing speed and accuracy.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move between machines andbuildings whenrequired
