This position requires someone who is confident in their abilities, can communicate effectively with clients, and it self-motivated, positive and a team player.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Full cycle accounting experience from data imput to final financial statement and tax returns Complete CRA filings such as HST and payroll remittances, etc. Contact CRA on behalf of clients as needed Stay up to date on relevant accounting standards and CPD training requirements The ability to interpret CRA correspondence and communicate it to clients Audit experience would be an asset various Accounting tasks as needed Ability to communicate and work as a team

A successful candidate will have:

Software proficiency in: MS Excel, Word, Simply Accounting, Quickbooks, Caseware and Taxprep 3-5 years public accounting experience in Canada Strong technical expertise and analytical skills Ability to detect and solve problems Can complete files efficiently with a few review notes Able to communicate well with clients both verbally and in writing

The right candidate should have proven experience in similar roles and must have a CPA designation.

Bilingualism and experience in a professional services firm will be considered an asset
