Ce que vous faites
Rechercher et récupérer des données pour les membres de votre équipe
Vérifier l'exactitude de la saisie des données à partir de différentes sources
Surveiller et mettre à jour les données lorsque nécessaire
Respecter les politiques de sécurité des données pour garantir l'intégrité
Compiler des rapports avec précision
Répondre aux demandes de renseignements des clients par téléphone et par courrier électronique de manière rapide, précise et professionnelle.

Qui vous êtes
Vous avez un fort désir de terminer le travail avec précision et promptitude
Vous avez une expérience administrative d'un an
Vous avez l'œil pour les détails et vous vous souciez de la qualité de votre travail
Vous êtes familier et à l'aise avec le multitâche
Vous avez une vitesse de frappe supérieure à la moyenne Excellentes compétences en informatique, y compris MS Office
Vous appréciez le rôle que jouent les bonnes données dans l'intelligence des affaires et visez la précision
Vous identifiez et suivez les actions à entreprendre pour faire avancer les affaires
Vous maintenez des dossiers précis pour garantir que toutes les parties prenantes sont alignées
