We are looking for a creative and collaborativeImplementation Coach to provide best of class implementation services to all levels of the client organization. In this role, the Coach must interact directly with our client’s front-line employees, interface with client management, build trusted relationships, and guide the change process. This may require a Coach to work independently at client sites across the Canada and possibly internationally.

What you will be doing:

Partner with clients and an RLG team to analyze, develop solutions and implement financial and cultural performance improvements. Demonstrate competence, confidence, and flexibility in implementing RLG’s performance improvement techniques in a variety of client situations. Orchestrate a results-focused, sustainable culture of continuous improvement.

Successful Coaches will be:

Accountable:Accept responsibility for complex and ambiguous work, and personally take ownership for outcomes. Strong Communicators:Convey generally difficult and/or complex information in an easy-to-understand style and manner. Collaborative:Effectively engage all levels of an organization from the front line to senior clients in developing solutions for improvement. Learners:Continual seek personal development opportunities and research the latest trends and best practices. Building Partnerships:Can establish trust-based relationships with clients to influence decision making. PossessingCommercial Acumen:Familiar and/or have some expertise in industry sectors such as Oil & Gas or Manufacturing and/or areas of specialization (Reliability & Maintenance, Operations, Construction, Change Management, Project Management) Technically Savvy:Possess developed knowledge of the basic theories, principles and performance improvement techniques required to implement solutions that produce tangible results.

Candidates should have:

Bachelor’s Degree is required (MBA is an asset) Demonstrated ability to work with people from the shop floor to senior management. 5+ years of proven leadership and coaching expertise Previous experience working in oil and gas, refinery, or similar industry a definite plus. Strong Microsoft skills for Excel, PowerPoint and PowerBI a plus Project Management Professional training Expertise in Lean or Agile methodologies Experience in facilitation, presentation and business coaching Flexibility to do rotation work, weekly commutes, and relocation for the relevant projects.
