The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and coaching expertise, with experience working in oil and gas, refinery, or similar industries. They will be responsible for partnering with clients and the RLG team to analyze, develop solutions, and implement financial and cultural performance improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with clients and the RLG team to analyze and develop solutions for financial and cultural performance improvements.
  • Demonstrate competence, confidence, and flexibility in implementing RLG's performance improvement techniques in various client situations.
  • Orchestrate a results-focused, sustainable culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree required (MBA is an asset)
  • Demonstrated ability to work with people from the shop floor to senior management.
  • 5+ years of proven leadership and coaching expertise
  • Previous experience working in oil and gas, refinery, or similar industry a definite plus.
  • Strong Microsoft skills for Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI a plus
  • Project Management Professional training
  • Expertise in Lean or Agile methodologies
  • Experience in facilitation, presentation, and business coaching
  • Flexibility to do rotation work, weekly commutes, and relocation for relevant projects.
