Falkbuilt Concierge

At Falkbuilt we’re busy revolutionizing the interior construction industry and we need a Director of First Impressions on our Concierge Team. Guests, Clients and Falkers deserve special treatment when at Falkbuilt. Working at our Calgary head office, you will join a hardworking, customer-focused and ridiculously passionate team of Falkers. Falkbuilt is a very fast-paces entrepreneurial company - the kind of place where self starters thrive and succeed while recognizing the needs of our guests before they do

Characteristics of the ideal candidateA few characteristics that we are looking for:

· Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to think on your feet

·Confidence to deal with multiple requests (and personalities) at once

·Able to work independently and as part of a team; jump in and " can do" type of attitude

·Strong organizational skills; high attention to detail

·Ambition to learn and take on new duties 

Requirements / Tasks of the Concierge Team

**Working in the Travel and / or Hospitality industries is a major asset**

· Exude a welcoming presence as the first contact for visitors of Falkbuilt 

· Experience in taking care of people and their needs 

· Comfortable interacting with clients and guests from all over the world

· Flexible with hours of work - willingness to work extended hours on occasion

· Alberta driver's license with clean abstract; confidence to drive guests on occasion

· Minimum three years' experience working in a fast-paced, professional environment

· Managing multiple calendars and schedules

· Strong understanding and acceptance of people's quirks and requests

· Assisting in coordinating company functions and events

· Helping applicant's with completion of paperwork 

· Fluency in additional languages other than English is considered an asset, but not mandatory 

· Ability to travel outside of Canada, if necessary 

· Solid, proven experience with Microsoft Suite of products 

Falkbuilt is an open office, collaborative environment - Falkers often bring dogs to the office. Falkbuilt is a manufacturing facility, so you will spend time in the office and any one of our 5 buildings. We thank you for your interest.
