WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners, acting as a main point of contact for all affiliate marketing activities. Lead regular meetings, create and lead presentations, and regularly deliver performance updates that keep partners aligned and engaged in our targets. 
  • Ideate, plan and implement marketing strategies and promotions via partners, collaborating with marketing and design colleagues to deliver impactful results. Includes product marketing, email marketing, remarketing and more.
  • Write strong and persuasive copy that drives results and demonstrates understanding of the customer experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, recommending new strategies and tactics.
  • Understand partners’ goals and Fairstone’s business goals, and develop strategies to achieve them.
  • Monitor program performance and adjust campaigns as needed to achieve desired outcomes. Regularly review and monitor results.
  • Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to improve program performance and drive revenue growth.
  • Annual planning, production forecasting and business planning.
  • Ensure compliance with all program terms and conditions, as well as industry regulations and guidelines

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

  • 5+ years experience in marketing and/or account-based marketing
  • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in marketing, public relations or a related field
  • Experience planning and implementing marketing programs and strategies
  • Strong writing skills
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to successfully engage and inform executives
  • Strong data analysis skills, including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant data analysis platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience utilizing affiliate marketing platforms an asset, particularly CJ
  • Knowledge and experience using marketing automation and CRM software an asset
  • Financial services industry background an asset
  • French language skills an asset
