This position is located in Strathroy, ON.

**Primary Purpose of Position**

We are seeking an experienced Analytics Analyst to join our Corporate Team. As an Analytics Analyst, you will be responsible for leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations that drive strategic decision-making. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects to optimize business processes and improve customer experience. If you have a passion for data analysis and a strong understanding of the automotive industry, we want to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategies
- Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical models
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure success
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks
- Identify data quality issues and develop solutions to improve data accuracy and integrity
- Develop presentation materials to effectively communicate the analysis.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in analytics technology
- Business Systems experience

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as statistics, mathematics, or finance
- Proven experience (3-5 years) in an analyst role in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis techniques and data modeling
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex datasets
