Exciting Career Opportunity for a Business Development Associate

Pivotal is a dynamic and rapidly growing company in outsourced HR Services.  We are committed to delivering exceptional HR solutions to our clients through our innovative approach and dedicated team of professionals. 

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and personable individual that possess the ability to collect and evaluate potential sale opportunities. They will be adept at breaking down conventional barriers with prospective clients and will play a crucial role in expanding our client base. This role will be responsible for researching potential prospects, contacting prospects using multiple business development tactics (email, LinkedIn, sales software etc.), collaborating with marketing to create a funnel of warm leads, and booking prospective appointments for the Sales Director. This role requires a self-driven individual with excellent communication skills and determination.  

 

This role is offered as a 6-month contract basis. There is a strong likelihood that this role will transition into a full-time position upon the successful completion of the contract period.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls/email campaigns to potential clients to introduce PIVOTAL Outsourced HR services.
  • Book a Minimum of 10 appointments per month for the Director of Sales.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other Sales software to research, identify and contact potential leads.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and market.
  • Assist in the preparation of proposals and sales materials for the Director of sales.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine strategies and improve the lead generation process.
  • Follow up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Provide feedback to the Sales Director on Market trends, customer needs and competitive activities.

  • Proficiency in using Linked in and other sales software.
  • High level of motivation, persistence and results oriented
