Nature du travail :

Nous avons un assistant à l'enseignement pour chaque section de CML1602 (Contrats), CML1503 (Droit pénal), et CML1704 (Législation), pour l’automne. Les assistants à l'enseignement doivent animer des séances de tutorat à chaque semaine (en alternant entre les tutorats accès/équité et heures de consultation), et offrir des séances de préparation aux examens à la fin de chaque semestre. De plus, ont peut aussi demander au candidat d'assister au cours auquel ils sont assignés et aider le professeur avec des tâches administratives. Ils joueront aussi un rôle de mentor, pour aider aux étudiants avec leur transition aux études en droit. Votre présence en personne est requise.
Si vous faites demande au cours CML1602, vous devez également soumettre un demande pour les heures effectuées à l’hiver car c’est un cours qui se donne sur toute l’année. Le poste d’hiver est maintenant affiché.

Qualifications minimales :

MPC de 7,0 ou plus; D’excellentes aptitudes en communication; De l’expérience préalable en enseignement ou en tutorat; Aptitude à utiliser la technologie pour les fins dl'enseignement; Habileté à prendre de l'initiative, de travailler de façon indépendante et créative; Démontrer la flexibilité et l'adaptabilité dans de nouvelles conditions d'enseignement et d'apprentissage; Une connaissance des obstacles qui doivent être surmontés par les personnes qui font membre d’un groupe en quête d’équité dans le contexte scolaire; Une excellence scolaire (note de A- ou plus) démontrée dans la matière pour laquelle l’étudiant(e) désir être tuteur/tutrice; Avoir pris le cours pour lequel ils désirent être tutrice/tuteur comme étudiant au JD à l’Université d’Ottawa ou l’équivalent.
Toute demande doit inclure : une lettre d’accompagnement; votre curriculum vitae; une copie de votre relevé de notes non officiel (incluez vos notes d’hiver 2024); deux références (coordonnées); une liste de vos cours de première année et le nom du professeur ou de la professeure.
