Job Summary

The role of an Enrollment Analyst involves a combination of technical and client-facing responsibilities. The primary technical duty is to ensure that new aircraft configurations and maintenance programs are correctly entered into CAMP Systems software, which is a platform used for tracking and managing aircraft maintenance and inventory. The role also requires evaluation of data templates and publications to ensure system accuracy to established OEM maintenance programs.

In addition to the technical aspect of enrolling new aircraft, the Enrollment Analyst must also engage with customers and clients to ensure the aircraft information is accurate and is able to be delivered in our system within established service agreements. The analyst will be responsible for communicating with clients to gather necessary information, address any questions or concerns they may have regarding the enrollment process, and ensure that they have a positive experience with the service. The Enrollment Analyst is a key interface during customer onboarding.

Overall, the Enrollment Analyst plays a crucial role in both the operational functionality of the CAMP Systems software and in maintaining client satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Implement the inspection/maintenance schedule for assigned aircraft in accordance with regulatory authority requirements, customer requirements, and maintenance documentation. Evaluate, analyze, and interpret applicable data, such as ADs, SBs, maintenance logs, etc. Quality check enrollments to assess data input, ensuring proper implementation in line with CAMP procedures and customer expectations. Review, inspect, and work with the client to implement their specific Maintenance Inspection Program. Ensure that customers’ data is updated promptly and accurately. Prioritize work based on project timelines and current workload. Ensure customer requested changes are reviewed and properly implemented. Ensure constant and effective communication is maintained with all stakeholders throughout the enrollment process. Requirements
