Your Contributions to the Team
  • Act as the focal finance business partner to the VP and Directors of the Transformation, Industrialization & Operational Excellence team
  • Supervise one financial analyst
  • Lead and facilitate budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for the team
  • Ensure effective governance of monthly project spend
  • Participate in various projects' development and implementation
  • Continuously improve and streamline processes
  • Support the Business Development Group regarding business cases
  • Exercise leadership to influence business decisions
  • Maintain strong relationships with finance manufacturing teams
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate special projects
  • Promote the Bombardier Operational Excellence philosophy
  • Support your business partner on ad hoc requests

Succeeding in This Role
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance or a related field
  • You possess an accounting title (CPA) or equivalent experience
  • You have seven to ten years of experience with supervision
  • You demonstrate team leadership, efficient communication, and coaching
  • You adapt well to an environment in constant change
  • You are fluent in French and English (bilingual)
  • You exhibit initiative and independence in carrying out multiple tasks
  • You possess strong analytical skills and synthesis capability
  • You have knowledge of SAP and other ERP systems or a willingness to learn
  • You are rigorous, autonomous, and action-oriented
  • You have a high level of integrity and strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • You have advanced knowledge of Microsoft O365 (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • You are proficient in stakeholder management while maintaining strong relationships
