Your new role
As the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the branch growth and profitability through the development of sales, maintenance of margins and the efficient operations of the branch. Specifically, this position is in charge of expanding sales and market presence, managing the quality of the customer experience while managing cost and risks simultaneously and managing the coordination of support functions (customer service, warehouse and service department). As a leader, you will assume responsibilities for the day-to-day supervision and leadership of the London branch, including recruiting, training, supervising and appraising employees.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will require a formal post-secondary education or similar work experience and at least seven years’ experience in a comparable industry, with three years in a leadership position managing people. You are excited to work in a family run entrepreneurial business and are able to operate both strategically and operationally. You are known for your outstanding consultative selling abilities and your ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a results driven, team oriented environment.
