Relevant du Chefprincipale, comptabilité corporative, vous aurez comme principal mandat d’enregistrer les transactions de comptabilité générale.

Principales responsabilités:

Préparer les écritures comptables ; Effectuer la fermeture de fin de mois ainsi que la conciliation des transactions inter-compagnies ; Faire l’analyse de divers comptes de bilan; Effectuer les réconciliations bancaires reliées à la paie et aux comptes payables; Participer à des rencontres impliquant d’autres départements pour discuter et effectuer le suivi des problématiques identifiées lors des analyses et de la réconciliation ; Participer à la préparation des prévisions trimestrielles et du budget annuel; Participer à la préparation de formulaires de fin d’année.

Compétences clés:

Volonté d’acquérir de nouvelles connaissances; Capacité à travailler sous pression, avec des échéanciers serrés ; Proactifayant un fort esprit d’équipe.

Expérience professionnelle et qualifications:

Titulaire, ou en voie d’obtention, d’un diplôme universitaire en comptabilité; Minimum de deux (2) années d’expérience dans un poste similaire ; Un titre comptable représente un atout; Bonne maitrise de l’environnement Microsoft Office; La connaissance des PCGR et de SAP (FI/CO) représente un atout; Bilingue à l’oral et à l’écrit (français et anglais).

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting, your role will consist in registering financial accounting transactions.

Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

Prepare accounting entries; Perform month-end closing including balancing intercompany transactions; Perform analysis of various balance sheet accounts; Prepare bank reconciliations related to payroll and accounts payables; Participate in meetings with other departments to discuss and follow up on issues identified through reconciliation and analysis; Participate in the quarterly forecast and annual budget preparation; Participate in year-end forms preparation for Tax and Financial Reporting.

Interest in acquiring new skills; Ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines; Proactive and a good team member.

Professional Experience/Qualifications:

University degree in Accounting, or are in the process of obtaining it; Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a similar position; A professional designation is an asset; Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of GAAP and SAP (FI/CO) is considered an asset; Bilingual, English and French, both spoken and written.
