The Tele-Contact District Sales Representative (Contract) reports into our Canadian Business Centers and is a revenue generating sales position responsible for a district of Chrysler, Dodge, RAM, and Jeep Dealerships.

Responsibilities of the position will include:

Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line to ensure dealer orders to meet market demandManaging monthly allocation vs. schedules to ensure maximum production capability within the districtIdentify top minimum sales responsibility (MSR) loss dealers and identify opportunity areasReview dealer financial statements regarding working capital, net worth, total cash and expenses to determine the dealer's ability to operate properly and promote retailActing as the liaison between the manufacturer and retailer, where it will counsel the latter in the management of inventory, promotional activities and participation in various programsEnsuring proper levels of Sales Satisfaction are achieved at dealerships while constructively identifying areas for improvementMotivating and leading independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance consistent with marketing plans, merchandising, financial statement review, and new product launch trainingWorking with dealer on current programs in sales & aftersales, customer service and service lane to ensure benefit of customer and dealer from the purchase process to vehicle sundownMaximizing district service and parts sales, revenue, customer service, and the development of strategies supporting established targets established in their area of responsibilitySupporting dealers with special accessory promotions, warranty claims assistance, and service contact penetrationWorking with independent repair facilities, wholesale distributors to grow dealer wholesale businessChallenging status-quo, discovering and championing best practice benchmarking, process improvementDeveloping and raising the technical expertise and competency in the dealership

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related fieldsMust reside in Windsor, OntarioExceptional communication skills both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Strong influencing and negotiation skillsSelf-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals under minimal supervisionLegally authorized to work in Canada

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s DegreeSales experience, prefer automotive relatedBilingual (French/English)
