We are on the hunt for a multi-faceted Client Care Coordinator who will support the development of a new clinic in Peterborough, ON . This full-time, permanent opportunity would be a great career move for someone with strong administration/customer service skills.
What you'll be responsible for:
Act as a front-line point of contact for clients attending appointments or walk-in visits to our clinic Balancing schedules for clinicians and maintaining systems and physical files with accurate patient information and appointment specifics Participating in some community events on behalf of HearCANADA to promote our services as Peterborough's number one choice for hearing care Processing payments (cash, card, insurance), including some third-party billing Ordering supplies Assisting clinicians with hearing product sales Helping with general hearing aid care/maintenance and sterilization of equipment within the clinicWhat’s in it for you:
