Digital Payment Services Leader

We are offering a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Digital Payment Services team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing the vision for our digital payment platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Digital Payment Services that aligns with business objectives and enhances guest-centric commerce initiatives.
- Product Roadmap: Define and prioritize a short-term and long-term roadmap that delivers innovative payment services, supports diverse payment methods, and ensures compliance with global standards.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, finance, fraud prevention, and customer experience teams to develop robust payment systems that enhance security and reliability.
- Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze payment performance metrics (e.g., approval rates, fraud incidents), using insights to refine processes and improve the guest experience.
- Scalable Solutions: Design systems to handle high transaction volumes while maintaining security, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Guest Experience Enhancement: Enable frictionless payment services for digital channels by optimizing payment workflows and integrating emerging technologies such as digital wallets, BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later), and cross-border payment solutions.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure payment systems meet legal, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Innovation Leadership: Explore and implement emerging payment technologies to stay ahead in the digital payments landscape.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager with at least 5-8 years of experience, with expertise in digital payments, fintech, or e-commerce systems.
- Strong understanding of payment processing ecosystems, building payment APIs, including strong understanding of gateway functions, fraud prevention, and tokenization.
- Experience with global payment methods, alternative payment solutions, and integration of third-party platforms.
- Proficiency in data analysis to optimize payment processes and reduce friction.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to align cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with security standards like PCI DSS and regulations like PSD2 is a plus.
- Ability to balance innovation with operational reliability, focusing on both immediate needs and long-term growth.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA preferred).
