Short Intro and About the Job

Mission : Gérer des projets marketing liés au portefeuille de marque en collaboration et sous la supervision du Directeur Marketing Senior et d’un chef de marque senior suivant les trois axes majeurs suivant :

Fournir à l’entreprise une compréhension des besoins, attentes et comportements des consommateurs pour sa gamme de produits; Collaborer activement à la stratégie marketing et d’innovation, concevoir et mettre en œuvre les plans d’activation et de lancement pour sa gamme de produits; Suivre de près la performance de ses marques et de la compétition au moyen d’analyse de données secondaires.

Plus spécifiquement :

Gérer la marque au quotidien : développer, mettre en œuvre et assurer le suivi des différents volets d’activation (promotion, emballages, produit, …), en collaboration avec les fournisseurs externes et les départements internes (développement de produit, ventes, agences etc). Suivre et analyser les performances des marques et des marchés concernés (panels et études Ad Hoc & veille concurrentielle), prévoir leurs évolutions (prévisions de ventes) et proposer des recommandations.  Suivre le budget marketing du portefeuille sur une base régulière Participer activement au développement et à l’implémentation du plan d’innovation et de rénovation, en collaboration avec les équipes cross-fonctionnelles. Collaborer activement à la réflexion stratégique et à la construction des plans marketing en collaboration avec le chef de marque senior et directeur marketing senior.

Le candidat idéal possédera les qualifications et compétences suivantes :

Baccalauréat en marketing Expérience en marketing : 1 à 2 ans d’expérience Expérience en vente dans l’industrie des biens de consommation emballés (un atout) Responsable, engagé et aptitude en résolution de problèmes Excellente maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (oral et écrit) Aptitude/intérêt en analyse de données et dans son explication (storytelling) Énergique et dynamique Organisé et orienté vers les détails Ouverture d’esprit et curiosité intellectuelle

As part of this position, you will be accountable for:

Mission: In collaboration and under the supervision of the Senior Marketing Director and a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible to manage marketing projects for the brand portfolio with key responsibilities of:

Providing the company with an understanding of the needs, expectations, and behaviors of consumers for product line Actively collaborate on the marketing and innovation strategy, design and implement the activation and launch plans for product line Closely monitor the performance of brands and competition through secondary data analysis.

More specifically:

Manage the brand on a daily basis: develop, implement and monitor the various activation components (promotion, packaging, product, , in collaboration with external suppliers and internal functions (product development, sales, agencies,…). Monitor and analyze brands and market performance within scope (panels and Ad Hoc studies + competitive intelligence), forecast their development (sales forecasts) and make recommendations. Monitor portfolio's marketing budget on a regular basis Actively participate in the development and implementation of the innovation and renovation plan, in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Actively collaborate in strategic thinking and creation of marketing plans in collaboration with the senior brand manager and senior marketing director.

About You

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and competencies:

Business degree in Marketing Marketing experience: 1-2 years of marketing experience Experience in sales in the CPG market an asset Accountable, committed and a natural problem-solver Agility in managing multiple projects simultaneously Aptitude/interest in data analysis and storytelling through data Energetic and dynamic Organized and detail oriented Open minded and curious
