If you're ready for a new challenge, Crestline is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Administrator to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will:

Support with the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payrollInput new hire data, enter special pays, and update all relevant information pertaining to the pay period, including adjustments to wages, benefit premiums, and other employee deductions or earningsCreate ROE’s upon requested leaves/terminationsPrepare and submit required post payroll reports and documentationAssist with Year End payroll tasksRespond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, and resolve any payroll discrepancies or concernsAdminister employee benefits plansEnsure benefits enrollment and changes are processed accuratelyProvide employee direction and guidance with respect to Crestline’s benefits package and address any inquiriesCoordinate and manage Short Term and Long Term Disability claimsPerform general administrative duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

As the Payroll and Benefits Administrator, you will bring:

3+ years of payroll processing experience and proficiency in using a payroll software systemExperience with Dayforce (formerly Ceridian) is an assetWorking knowledge of Microsoft Suite, in particular, Microsoft ExcelExperience with data entry, reporting and analyticsKnowledge of various employee benefits programs is an assetDemonstrated ability to work well in a deadline driven environmentDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks accuratelyBasic knowledge and understanding of accounting principles is considered an asset
