Responsibilities
• Supervise a team of 6+ people directing workflow and handling escalations
• Subject Matter expert in PIM system – deep understanding of the implementation of the platform and its applicability to business outcomes.
• Conduct Internal Associate training as required and will support technical questions from all PIM stakeholders
• Provide Level 1 Support for the application and perform troubleshooting steps to replicate the issues user faces and determine root cause
• Provide UAT support, guidance and feedback to ensure all system enhancements adhere to business needs
• Create reporting to monitor key support metric KPI’s
• Share team progress, create and voice over (primarily Powerpoint) presentations
Qualifications
MUST HAVES:
• Management/Supervisory experience leading a team (2+ years)
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Products
• Interpersonal skills as training others in the system will be a key requirement
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Technical awareness: ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately.
NICE TO HAVES:
• Experience with JIRA ticketing system an asset
• Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system an asset
• Ability to perform basic SQL queries is an asset
• Designing Confluence pages an asset
