Responsibilities: 

Reporting to the Supervisor, Accounting - Shared Services, the administrative financial support position assists Outreach Programs at the Glen Stor Dun Lodge. The responsibilities include but are not limited to reconciling accounts, preparing deposits, completing journal entries, cash receipts and reports. The role also completes the billing for Community Support Services. 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Post Secondary education in Office Administration, Accounting or Finance
  • Must possess computer experience in MS Office (Word & Excel), Selected applicants will be tested in Excel 

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in Accounting or Finance related field
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of CIMS, HPG, IAR, IRIS and Activity Pro programs will be considered an asset
  • Bilingualism (French/English) will be considered an asset
