Customer Service Representative, Full-Time (Outbound Agent)
Job Location: Client Contact Center, Saskatoon
Work Schedule: Flexibility required to work evenings and Saturdays (based on a six-week rotation)

Handling inbound and outbound calls to our customers and (hopefully soon-to-be-customers) to share information about our FFUN sales initiatives, service appointments and follow-ups Provide our customers with the best of the best when it comes to their experience with us. Develop and follow strategies and processes for maintaining contact with customers. Manage customer information databases. Setting and confirming customer appointments. Produce reports when necessary.Some superhero traits we are looking for:
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and handle deadlines and high-pressure situations. Customer service guru, in other words a people person. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Computer literate and telephone savvy. Passion for teamwork. Exceptional organizational skills. Bonus points if you have call center experience specifically in inbound/outbound sales.
