**Customer Service Representative, Full-Time (Outbound Agent)**

**Job Location: FFUN Cars Saskatoon**

**Work Schedule**:Monday to-Saturday with a mutually agreed upon day off during the week.**

It’s time to be part of something truly special. We are hiring for a permanent full-time BDC Representative who is the first point of contact for all of our service clients.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Proactive outbound calls to schedule regular maintenance, recalls and preventive services.
- Upselling and providing information on services to customers
- Outbound customer satisfaction follow up calls after service appointment
- Maintain and update customer and vehicle information during every contact
- Address or escalate any potential issues identified by customers
- Maintain relationships with other departments in the dealership - Parts, Sales, Service as well as management
- Ability to actively listen to the customer and deliver 110% customer experience

**Some superhero traits we are looking for**:

- Have a minimum of 2 years of Customer Service Experience - either face to face or over the phone
- Are service oriented with high energy, initiative, and engaging attitude
- Are dedicated to the mastery of understanding and meeting the customers needs.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout telephone interactions and written communications with customers and internal departments.
- Are adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, team-oriented environment while ensuring flexibility, accuracy and positivity.
- Are a self starter who loves to problem solve and has a passion for teamwork
- Have a strong proficiency of multi-line phone systems and Google programs including Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Experience in the Automotive Industry is considered an asset**.
