Dans ce rôle de Premier partenaire daffaires ressources humaines, vous fournirez du coaching et agirez en tant que partenaire d'affaires stratégique auprès de l'équipe de la Chaine dapprovisionnement pour toutes les initiatives liées aux Ressources humaines (RH). Ce rôle impliquera un éventail complet d'activités liées aux RH, y compris le coaching, le développement des talents, la conception et l'efficacité organisationnelles, la gestion du changement, l'acquisition de talents, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, les relations avec les employés et les relations de travail, entre autres domaines. Le titulaire du poste relève du Premier Directeur Ressources humaines et aura lopportunité de faire partie dune équipe RH dynamique et collaborative pour élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies visant à améliorer l'expérience employés et favoriser le développement de nos équipes de gestion.

Responsabilités

Promouvoir les valeurs et la culture de lentreprise au sein des unités daffaires avec comme objectif de maintenir un haut niveau dengagement des employés;  Assumer un rôle dinfluence auprès des équipes de gestion dans lélaboration de leurs stratégies et dans latteinte de leurs objectifs daffaires à travers, notamment, la révision de structures et profils de compétences, le développement des talents et la planification de la main dœuvre; Offre du coaching aux équipes de direction et gestion en ce qui a trait aux RH et aux relations de travail, aux sujets notamment liés à la gestion de la performance, linterprétation des politiques et procédures de lentreprise, du cadre législatif, de la résolution de conflits, des enquêtes sur des enjeux mettant en cause des employés et des processus de sanctions disciplinaires; Représente lemployeur devant les différentes instances et participe activement aux différents comités au besoin; Agit à titre dagent de changement pour la vision ressources humaines afin de promouvoir les programmes de gestion des ressources humaines, les bonnes pratiques pour lorganisation et être responsable de limplantation dinitiatives en lien direct avec la stratégie globale des ressources humaines; Pilote des initiatives pour les équipes de gestion et employés sur des sujets comme la formation et le développement, la gestion de carrière, la gestion de talents, lengagement, etc.; Guide les gestionnaires dans la gestion des talents, la gestion du rendement, la planification de la relève, la planification des effectifs et la gestion du changement, ainsi que dans les activités de renforcement de lesprit déquipe et de reconnaissance; En collaboration avec léquipe dacquisition de talent, participe à des processus de recrutement afin de répondre aux besoins des unités fonctionnelles.

Un baccalauréat en relations industrielles ou en ressources humaines; Au moins 4 années dexpérience en RH; Membre de lordre des CRHA est un atout; Une bonne connaissance des lois en matière demploi et de ressources humaines; Une facilité à établir des relations avec les employés de tous les niveaux; Une capacité à adopter une approche proactive du service à la clientèle; Un esprit dinitiative et une tendance à assumer la responsabilité des tâches, et assurer leur accomplissement; Une habileté à communiquer, à rassembler, à innover, à gérer des projets et à collaborer; Excellente aptitude de communication orale et écrite tant en français quen anglais;

In this Senior Human Resources Business Partner role, you will provide coaching and act as a strategic business partner for the Supply Chain team on all Human Resources (HR) related initiatives. This role will involve a full range of HR related activities including coaching, talent development, organizational design and effectiveness, change management, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, and employee and labour relations, among other areas. This position reports to the Sr Manager, Human Resources and will have the opportunity to be part of a dynamic and collaborative HR team, and to develop and implement strategies to improve the employee experience and foster the development of our management teams. You will also be the primary point of contact for all matters related to labour relations.

Responsibilities

Promote company values and culture within business units with the objective of maintaining a high level of employee engagement. Assume an influential role with the management teams in the development of their strategies and in the achievement of their business objectives through the revision of structures and skills profiles, the development of talents and workforce planning. Offers coaching to leaders on human resources approach and labour relations, including performance management, interpretation of company policies and procedures, legislative requirements, conflict resolution, investigations into issues involving employees and disciplinary sanction processes. Actively leads various committees governed by the collective agreement and represents the employer in different instances when required. Acts as a change agent for the human resources vision and promote the human resources management programs and best practices for the organization, as well as being responsible for the implementation of initiatives directly related to the global human resources strategy. Lead initiatives for employees and managers on themes such as training and development, career management, talent management, engagement, etc; Promotes the company culture within the business unit with the goal of improving relations with employees and attaining a high level of employee engagement; In collaboration with the talent acquisition team, participates in recruitment processes to meet the needs of the functional units.

Bachelors degree in industrial relations or human Resources; Minimum of 4 years of HR experience. Member of the Ordre des CRHA is an asset. Sound knowledge of employee and labour relations laws. Ability to build relationships with employees at all levels. Ability to take a proactive approach to customer service. Sense of initiative and tendency to assume responsibility of tasks and ensure their completion. Ability to communicate, rally, innovate, manage projects, and collaborate. Excellent spoken and written communication skills, both in French and English.
