Salary: $35.00/hour

Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence: Deliver exceptional support in a dynamic, demanding environment.
Order Processing: Monitor email queues, process customer complaints, and resolve issues to meet delivery timelines.
Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with project managers, warehouse teams, and carriers to address shipping issues and ensure timely deliveries.
Process Adherence: Follow established protocols for daily operations to maintain high standards.
Clear Communication: Engage with various teams with professionalism and a positive attitude.

Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in customer service, supply chain, or logistics.
Skills: Strong critical thinking, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills.
Customer Focus: Dedicated to delivering quality service.
Problem Solving & Decision Making: Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions and resolve issues effectively.
Logistics Knowledge: Familiarity with supply chain, logistics, and transportation requirements.
