We are actively seeking an electrical engineer to join a team that has been constantly innovating in the field of mobility engineering for over twenty-five years. You’ll play a key role in the realization of major projects involving intelligent transportation, traffic lights and their programming, road lighting and special projects in transportation electrical engineering.

We offer a flexible hybrid working arrangement, allowing you to work from both home and one of our offices in Quebec.

Primary responsibilities

  • Design plans and carry out technical analyses of traffic lights and road lighting
  • Write technical reports and specifications in electrical engineering
  • Perform photometric studies using specialized software
  • Prepare quantity and cost estimates according to established methods
  • Coordinate projects with clients, internal resources and third parties and supervise work performed by contractors

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical or civil engineering
  • Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) or eligible for membership
  • Minimum three (3) years’ relevant experience in the design and supervision of mobility projects (intelligent transportation, traffic lights and road lighting, etc.)
  • Proficiency in AGI32 (photometry), AutoCAD (an asset)
  • Good command in spoken and written French
  • ASP Construction card (an asset)
