Advantages

- Hybrid mode ( 1-2 days a week in office located in downtown Montreal)
- From Monday - Friday & weekends off
- Flexible scheduling

Responsibilities
- Managing travel
- Scheduling
- Preparing meetings
- Expense reporting
- Crafting impactful presentations using PowerPoint and Excel
- Provide support to other executives
Qualifications
- Bilingualism ( French and English)
- Strong use of Microsoft Suite, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook
- Assistant administrative experience in an asset
