We currently have an exciting opportunity as a Customer Service Manager. This role is based in our Oakville, Ontario office and reports to the Customer Service Manager - US.

Principal Responsibilities
Empower and SupportEncourage our CSRs to respond to customer needs promptly and provide additional assistance when needed.Collaborate and Communicate:Work closely with a number of departments (e.g., sales, production, logistics and more) to share feedback on achievements, discuss areas for improvement, and conduct regular meetings.Lead with Heart:Provide direction, set goals, and conduct performance reviews to guide the customer service team. Focus on fostering a supportive and motivating atmosphere.Engage and Inform:Keep the team engaged by communicating company activities and changes effectively, and ensure timely approvals of credits/debits/RMAs.Recruit and Grow:Hire new team members as needed, mentor and inspire them to expand their abilities.Contribute to Success:Occasionally participate in projects that contribute to the ongoing success of IPEX.Qualifications & Experience
