Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our team at Canada Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules and procedures to optimize productivity.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve complex work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and quality.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety protocols, and company policies to ensure compliance and excellence.
  • Perform similar duties as supervised workers to maintain operational knowledge and expertise.
  • Oversee, assign, and review work to guarantee high-quality output and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, arranging repair services to prevent disruptions and ensure business continuity.
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP degree required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of education.
  • A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a customer service or operations management role.
What We Offer:
  • Permanent full-time position (36 hours per week).
  • Competitive salary: estimated $55,000 - $65,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
  • English is the primary work language.
