Sales Consultant

As a Sales Consultant, you will report to the Branch Manager (receiving directions from the Crew Leader) and be responsible for ensuring profitable business and service in our customer engagements.
Schedule :
Monday to Friday
8am to 5 pm

Responsibilities
Address customer inquiries by conducting a thorough technical evaluation of the task to propose tailored solutions and services to each individual customer.
- Generate estimates for both service and equipment recommendations, emphasizing the advantageous aspects of our offerings to both prospective and current clients.
- Promote the sales of home appliances to landlords, business owners, etc
- Ensure continued satisfaction among existing clientele by consistently delivering service that surpasses expectations, while actively identifying areas for enhancement or potential sales opportunities.
- Monitor various construction tender platforms to capitalize on potential new ventures.
- Establish and nurture strong connections with fresh clientele.
Qualifications
Experience working in trades would be an asset
Experience with customer service and sales
Able to work outside and inside
Excellent communication skills
