What you’ll do:

Reporting to the C-Store Manager, a C-Store Supervisor participates as a member of the North Country Co-op Ltd. organization to assist the C- Store Manager with the location's day-to-day operations. 

This role may be responsible for opening and closing the store, supervising other employees, delegating tasks, maintaining all standards within the location, receiving deliveries under established Co-op procedures, and assisting the C-Store Manager with ordering and inventory control. 

Ability to adapt to new technology  Ability to respond quickly in a dynamic and changing environment  Positive attitude with a willingness to learn effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on employee engagement  Handle lottery and tobacco products  Merchandise product and build displays  Clean pump islands, sweep or mop aisles and perform other general cleaning duties  Scheduling, ordering of product, relationships with reps, and administrative duties as assigned  Other duties as assigned
