Job Description:

Operations Managers are responsible for end-to-end Operations Delivery for the assigned project- includes Team planning, delivery, client interaction, trouble shooting, managing project operational parameters and stakeholder management. The primary focus is to balance the project constraints # budget, scope, time, risk, quality, and resource over the project lifecycle. The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all project resources, including subcontractors and for establishing an effective communication plan with the project team and client.

RESPONSIBILITIES

#Lead all aspects of project planning, documentation, development of success criteria, outcomes measurement and the successful handoff of projects through effective communication

#Be responsible for successful delivery of the project by meeting and exceeding the set KPI’s.

#Assess team performance and recommend improvements

#Handle escalations from Customer, Client, Engineers and End Users

#Oversee budget and resource plans to achieve the SOW.

#Coordinate the use of appropriate tools and techniques to guarantee the progress of the project and changes to the scope and schedule

#Coordinate with Delivery Manager and General Manager for Project Management Reviews

#Identify and communicate with the customer for any new business opportunities

#Responsible for automating operational activities, adopting lean mythologies and performance optimization

Project Management is the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all Canada locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and job level and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
